Privacy at VidoMint
VidoMint processes information needed to provide the service, including account details, video prompts, generation settings, project status and generated-file references. Payment providers may process billing information; VidoMint should not store complete payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to create and deliver videos, secure accounts, manage credits and subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse and improve service reliability.
Generation providers
Video production may use infrastructure, speech, image, AI, storage and payment providers. Prompts and production assets may be transmitted to the providers required to complete a requested video. Provider terms and data-handling rules can apply to those processing steps.
Retention and control
Project data and generated files may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, billing, backups and legal obligations. Users should avoid submitting confidential, unlawful or unnecessary personal data in prompts.
Cookies and security
VidoMint may use essential cookies for login, session security and preferences. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Users may request access, correction or deletion of eligible account information through VidoMint support channels made available on the service.
